Order online or fax in your order 270-813-0618 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, or call (650)714-0618 to
place your order between 10am and 6pm PST. We are unable to take
non-U.S. orders online. Please fax, phone or e-mail international
orders.
For your convenience, dahlia blu accepts VISA, and MasterCard
credit cards. We also accept ATM cards with a VISA or MasterCard logo.
We do not accept cash, checks or CODs.
Please note that due to the uniqueness of the merchandise featured
by Dahlia Blu; handmade items, limited editions and exclusive to dahlia
blu products, quantity is limited.
Shipping and Delivery
All
shipping is fully insured in transit. Domestic shipping is $6.50 for
all orders under $50. For orders greater than $50.00, shipping is
$8.95. Unless otherwise specified, your order will be shipped USPS
Priority Mail within 5 days of the purchase date. In most cases your
order will be received within 10 business days. You will be notified of
any out of stock or back-ordered merchandise. We cannot ship to P.O.
boxes. International shipments will be charged appropriately. FedEx
2-Day and FedEx Standard Overnight delivery is also available for an
additional charge. All orders over $250 shipping to the same address

Sales Tax
A sales tax of
8.25% is added to all orders shipped to California addresses. Sales tax
is not charged on shipments to recipients outside California.
Returns and Exchanges
We
want your Dahlia Blu experience to be a great one. At Dahlia Blu, we
stand behind our service, our products and our customers. That is why
we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee behind every purchase. If, for
any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your gift, we'll
exchange it or refund the credit card used for purchase.The item must
be returned to Dahlia Blu within 14 days of the shipping date in unworn
and perfect condition. Please note that all sale items purchased are
final sale. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is
non-refundable. Customized (made-to-order) orders are NOT returnable.
Just repack the gift in its original packaging with the packing slip and follow these simple steps:

• Write down the return authorization (RA) number given to you.
• Include the RA number in the following return shipping address:

For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier
(e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. dahlia
blu is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
If you are returning an item because it is damaged, defective or not
the correct product, dahlia blu will provide a prepaid USPS return
label.
We will promptly credit your credit card upon receipt of the
returned items. When an exchange is requested, we will credit your
credit card upon receipt of the returned items and then bill you for
the new items when they are ready to ship.
If you are returning a gift we will issue a credit voucher directly to the gift recipient. We cannot refund shipping charges.
It takes up to 30 days to process the return and credit your account, or send a credit voucher if you are a gift recipient.

plan to send out Dahlia Blu updates only when we have something truly
valuable to say: Discounts. New Collections, Site Updates and Events.
We will NOT sell or give your information to anyone. If you choose to
join the Dahlia Blu Guest List through the website, your name and email
address are stored in a file only accessible to Dahlia Blu. Guest List
emails are kept anonymous to prevent any recipient from abusing your
